Mike’s expertise as an Executive Coach and strategic business advisor is derived from a successful career in blue-chip technology and telecoms companies where he has led HR organizations globally, focussing on creating highly engaged and highly impactful workforces. Latterly, Mike was Chief People Officer at a FinTech scale-up where he created and established practices and habits to enable fast growth through engaged and high-performing people.
