Nell Derick Debevoise

My purpose is to lovingly wrangle people, ideas, and horses to make work healthier, fairer, and inspiring for all of us.

When I switched public school districts at 12, I saw that opportunity was not distributed equally, even though talent is. And I knew that cost us all something. From that moment, I knew that I wanted to contribute to a more effective way of nourishing human potential. Toward that goal, I worked internationally with youth activists and refugee community leaders for ten years. Then I attended business school to learn how the private sector can create win-win-wins for employees, customers, and communities.

Now, I spend as much of my time as I can coaching, guiding, and facilitating the process of purposeful leadership. My approach to this work is multidisciplinary, action-oriented, and pragmatically optimistic, with fun and joy woven in for full effect!
