Nell is a thought partner to purpose-driven leaders, as well as speaker and author. Her mission is to make work healthier and fairer for all of us, as a path to equity and justice.
As a Partner at PurposeFused, Nell’s guidance will help C-level leaders expand their impact, grow their businesses, and build powerful legacies. She has lived and worked on 4 continents, and across sectors with Japanese executives, Palestinian community leaders, French high school students, and Mozambique education ministry officials among others.
Having known Nell for nearly 10 years, through the social enterprise and social impact sectors in NYC, we reconnected last year in an interview for our Connecting with Purpose podcast (view episode here). By the end of that conversation, collaboration was front of mind. Fast forward seven months, and we’re co-designing and co-delivering powerful client engagements together!
Nell’s intellectual capacity combined with her ability to coach, facilitate, engage and consult with people are incredibly unique, as demonstrated by her education and career achievements. Nell has studied leadership, innovation, and intercultural dialog at Harvard, Cambridge, Universita di Roma, and Columbia and London Business Schools. As well as her work with PurposeFused, Nell is involved with the Purposeful Growth Institute, a not-for-profit that matches diverse, purpose-driven talent with high-impact roles; Gentle Beast, an app that enables behavioral wellbeing for dogs and dog owners; and EQUUS Inspired, which grows leaders through Equine Assisted Learning.
Nell is a Senior Contributor for Forbes (latest article featuring PurposeFused here) and her first book, Going First: Find the Courage to Lead Purposefully and Inspire Action, is due for release in Spring 2022.
