The GC Index®: Energy for Impact Assessment – assessing individual, team and group/organizational level data on how people are most inclined to impact the business.
Barrett Analytics®: Leadership, Culture, Values and Wellbeing Assessments – values based vertical development assessment that compares individual values, to perceived current organizational state, to desired future organizational state.
We anonymously capture and aggregate real-time cultural data from coaching and facilitation engagements, providing quarterly insights and proactive interventions to address emerging issues and optimize team dynamics.
Working closely in partnership with your business leaders and HR, we will design and deliver tailored programs to meet specific needs in the business.
