We anonymously capture and aggregate real-time cultural data from coaching and facilitation engagements, providing quarterly insights and proactive interventions to address emerging issues and optimize team dynamics.

6. Bespoke Program Design

  • Working closely in partnership with your business leaders and HR, we will design and deliver tailored programs to meet specific needs in the business.

  • When applicable, we have a tight network of world-class, agile consultancies we partner with for specialist expertise (e.g. Organizational Design, Change Management, Strategy Activation, Innovation, AI)

Engagement Details

We offer various engagement levels based upon the number of beneficiaries clients would like us to support. The monthly range tends to span from:

  • 2 - 10 Senior Leaders via Individual Coaching
  • 15 – 25 Team Leads / Key Contributors in Small Group Coaching Circles
  • 20 – 100 Team Members in monthly, periodized workshops

We pick the mix of modalities based upon your priority needs and tend to operate for an initial period of 12 months, to embed behavior change, which typically takes about 6 – 9 months to 'stick'.
